This scrumptious mashed potato substitute is super easy, tasty and gluten-free.Paleo Garlic Mashed No-Tatoes

Ingredients
- 2 large cauliflower heads chopped
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter or regular butter
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- Wash chopped cauliflower florets and steam until tender.
- Place cauliflower, butter, salt, pepper, chives and garlic in a food processor.
- Pulse until mostly smooth and consistent. Scrape the sides as needed.
