Trauma affects individuals from all walks of life, and its sources are as varied as the people it impacts. First responders often face trauma due to the intense nature of their duties. Additionally, many individuals have personal histories of exposure to violence or abuse. It's important to recognize that trauma can stem from a wide range of experiences, not just these examples.Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Adults
- Treatment is individualized for each patient.
- On average, it is a 5-week program with attendance three days a week, for 3 hours a day, for a total of 15 sessions.
- Once assessed by a qualified clinician and authorized by their insurance, eligible patients start immediately.
- Most insurances are accepted.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for First Responders
Responding to emergencies can create a highly stressful work environment, and many first responders can suffer trauma from the daily stress that goes along with such an important job.
