      1 Ticket per Person (please include children in your total count) Join us on a tour led by a childbirth educator to learn more about our luxurious Baby and Family Suites, labor and delivery rooms housed in the new Labor Assessment Area, and the William N. Pennington Nursery. We’ll cover the pre-admission process, how to check in, and what to expect during your visit. There is no cost to attend! This course is ideal for schools and students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven “practice-while-watching” technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

      This 4-week childbirth preparation meets for 4 consecutive weeks. This class helps prepare mom and her partner for the many aspects of childbirth and beyond. In addition, this class provides a safe forum to ask questions and help you make informed decisions about key issues surrounding your baby’s birth. This class will include topics such as: Healthy developments in your pregnancy Stages of labor Warning signs Breathing and relaxation techniques Comfort measures Role of the support person and labor support Birth planning How to tell when you are in labor Pain relief options during labor/medical procedures How a birth doula can help Cesarean birth Labor and Delivery Tour Our certified instructors offer you support and guidance via education in a unique way that will meet your individual needs. These insightful classes are facilitated by oncology nurse navigators, social workers, and surgical nurses. In this class, you will: • Meet your navigator and learn about cancer support services available to you • Hear about pre-surgery instructions and your pre-admit appointment • Receive education in rehabilitation and lymphedema • Have your questions answered about treatment, including chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy and clinical trials Note: 18y+ only. This class is not suitable for minors. Childcare is not provided. Video-enabled attendance is available. This support group is an excellent resource for finding people who share your health and wellness goals. We are devoted to people with everyday experiences, sharing their feelings in a safe environment, and developing relationships that can contribute to improved physical and emotional health. We’ve found that our most successful clients attend support groups regularly.
