Welcome to Renown!
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Renown Health family! Today is the beginning of your New Employee experience and we couldn’t be more excited to get started. Track Your New Employee Tasks
The intent of this New Employee Orientation guide is to walk you through the first days of employment with Renown. In order to complete your orientation, you’ll need access to a computer, and reliable internet (with any internet browser except Safari) and telephone connections. If you do not have access to one of these requirements, you must inform your HR Representative.
The time needed to complete the pre-employment virtual assignments for New Employee Orientation is approximately 8 hours. If you’re finding that the required lessons are taking longer than expected, please contact your Leader. Your Leader’s contact information was included in your offer letter from your Recruiter.

Completing Your Pre-Employment Lessons
Completing Your E-Lessons
Prior to your start date, you will receive instructions to complete pre-employment lessons, due before your start date, from our Employee Experience Specialist.
You can access these lessons through the Online Learning Academy (OLA). You have access to OLA prior to your first day of employment and will find your assignments ready for you to complete, using the following link:https://login.elsevierperformancemanager.com/systemlogin.aspx?virtualname=Renown
You have additional OLA assignments with a due date of 30-days – these are our routine regulatory/compliance lessons that are specific to your job. Work with your leader to work these into your schedule accordingly. You can complete these OLA assignments from home as well. Be sure to use Kronos to clock in and out remotely to report time worked. If you will be working remotely, watch the following two videos to gain insight into remote work at Renown.
