Everyday Amazing

Everyday Amazing is our recognition platform that offers flexible ways for peers and leaders to reward above and beyond achievement. Everyday Amazing is available to all employees and makes it easy for people to connect, collaborate, and celebrate together. Please remember that while we praise our team members, we have a responsibility to protect our patients and guests. When you submit a recognition, avoid using any Protected Health Information (PHI) in your narrative in an effort to remain compliant with HIPAA guidelines. Encourage Efforts

Encourage Efforts by sending eCards. eCards are non-monetary recognition that can be sent to individuals or groups. eCards may be sent for personal and professional recognition such as a simple thank you or happy birthday.

 

Reward Results

Recognize those whose effort, impact, and initiative surpass expectations of performance and/or behaviors through monetary recognition.

5 Levels

  • Bronze = 50pts
  • Silver = 100pts
  • Gold = 250pts
  • Platinum = 500pts
  • Diamond = 1,000pts

Bronze, Silver, and Gold are approved by nominee’s direct leader.

Platinum is approved by the nominee’s direct leader, then the nominee’s second level leader.

Diamond is approved by the nominee’s direct leader then the nominee’s Operation Council Leader. Once the awards are approved, the points are deposited into the nominee’s account.

The nominee can use or accrue their points in the online catalog via Everyday Amazing for up to 3 years from the date of issuance. The online catalog has a wide-selection of items including logo and name-brand items and gift cards!

 

Celebrate Careers

Your career at Renown Health is important to us. We celebrate all work anniversaries and highlight them on Everyday Amazing scrolling wall of fame. Peers and leaders are able to like the post and comment on the post to congratulate. In addition, 1 year anniversaries receive an email from our CEO.

Service milestones (5 years, 10, 15, etc) receive a Yearbook the month of their anniversary. The Yearbook is a personalized keepsake with comments and photos submitted by their leader and peers. Within the yearbook are instructions for the recipient to order a recognition item. Those celebrating a service milestone are also honored at the Celebrate Amazing annual event.

 

Celebrate Amazing

Employees are honored at the annual Celebrate Amazing event. This event celebrates service milestones, Top Talent, and Women of Achievement. Celebrate Amazing is an incredible night out for employees to celebrate their career at Renown.

 

Top Talent

The Top Talent program is designed to recognize amazing employees who impact our organization positively by exhibiting our organizational values, impacting quality, service, and our community, and moving our organizational strategy forward. Employees are nominated for the Top Talent Award quarterly and yearly through the Platinum and Diamond Awards. Any employee regardless of role or level in the organization can be nominated.

  • Each quarterly winner receives a $500 bonus, personalized trophy, letter from the Chief Human Resources Officer, and celebration in their department. Winners are also considered for inclusion in an Enrich-U program to continue their professional development and career path in the organization.
  • Each yearly winner receives a $1,500 bonus, two additional day’s annual leave, a two-night get away of their choice, a celebration in their department, professional headshots and feature on social media.
