Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development and new sales and retention strategy aligned with Hometown Health’s growth goals for assigned LOBs. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential new groups, broker partners, industry influencers and community leaders. Leverage strategic relationships and alliances to drive new business growth and retention.
• Lead Generation and Sales: Oversee lead generation efforts, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure successful closure of new business deals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market demands, and competitive positioning. Use insights to inform business development strategies and tactics.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious revenue targets and growth objectives. Monitor and report on business development and new sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and build high quality relationship with the entire sales & retention team. Foster a high-performance culture and provide guidance and support to ensure the team’s success.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development and new sales initiatives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress, opportunities, and challenges. Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data and market trends.
