Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and brokers regarding Hometown Health’s on and Off-Exchange IFP products.
• Respond to broker and member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Assist members and brokers with policy applications, renewals, changes, and cancellations
• Educate members and brokers about policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
• Resolve member issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and account details in the Salesforce quoting and CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including enrollment and IT, to facilitate member requests.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting IFP products.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Assist the Product Development Coordinator with all aspects of the commercial product filing process as required by the Nevada Department of Insurance.
• Become proficient in the commercial product filing process in the event that you need to manage the entire process in the absence of the Product Development Coordinator.
