The Provider Compensation and Contracts Specialist will assist with the coordination of contracting processes with various internal and external customers. This position will need to be very flexible to meet deadlines and accommodate concurrent contracting priorities. This position collaborates with hiring managers within the organization to support Renown Health Medical Group’s mission and business goals.
The incumbent will provide tracking, trending, and reporting of provider contracting efforts, ensure continuous process improvement, and will be responsible for compliance with Stark Law and its impact on fair market value of provider compensation, and commercial reasonableness.
As a Provider Compensation and Contracts Specialist, the incumbent will communicate the compensation terms outlined in the Provider contract, ensuring understanding of productivity and value metrics by the provider. The incumbent will assist the Renown Medical Group Finance team and Renown Medical Group Dyad Leaders with the successful transition of the provider from new hire, ramp-up of patient-base, to fully productive/value-based compensation model, as applicable. As part of the collaboration process with the HRBPs, Renown Medical Group Finance team, and Renown Medical Group Dyad Leadership, the incumbent will act as a liaison for provider compensation requests and become an expert in the provider compensation process to ensure that new position requests and compensation requests for incumbent providers include all necessary supporting business and financial justification. The incumbent will attend the weekly provider compensation meetings with Renown Medical Group’s Executive Leadership team and will be responsible for the documentation of approvals and implementation process of compensation changes.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Provider Recruitment team to ensure employment agreements are prepared in alignment with compensation model guidelines and in compliance with applicable compensation benchmarking data and policies.
The incumbent will support the Director of Provider Recruitment and Relations, as well as the HRPBs with projects and events as needed. The role will collect, research best practices and new policy or program initiatives designed to enhance delivery and quality of service,
