This position is responsible for a complex application environment that changes rapidly to meet the changing requirements of a growing enterprise of applications. This position is challenged with providing a reliable, flexible, and cost-effective system environment.
The System Administrator performs requirement’s gathering to understand the needs of each request to accurately assess configuration and total cost of ownership. The role will coordinate the install of hardware, where applicable, operating system where applicable and application as requested for any application. This role will coordinate with Renown’s managed services partner and the appropriate application vendors to maintain monitoring, patching, upgrades, resources to ensure proper operation, as well as backup of data files to ensure continuity of services. In conjunction with Renown’ IT department, works with internal teams and vendors to assist support activities such as: disaster and recovery process, application patching, license yields, applications access, application growth . Must have the ability to forecast and analyze data to find meaningful conclusions.
The systems include, but not limited to:
• Leave of Absence (LOA) System Administration:
• Serves as subject matter expert with respect to the implementation, management, use and maintenance of the LOA system.
• Maintain and update system configurations in the system in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide support to the LOA Administrators for reporting and analysis leave data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
• Oversee the administration and implementation of the Learning Management System, including user management, course assignments, and content management.
• Monitor training completion rates and provide regular reporting to HR and leadership teams.
• Provides technical assistance for users and administrators of the LMS including standard work for those users.
• Maintains all aspects of information in the LMS to ensure they are up to date and active.
• Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Liaison:
• In conjunction with the Manager of HR Operations, serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, issues, enhancements, and support of integrations.
• Work closely with HRIS vendor(s) to troubleshoot system problems, implement system upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of HRIS modules and functionalities.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS processes and functionality.
• Act as technical lead for HRIS projects to support the business and HR strategy.
• System Maintenance and Compliance:
• Conduct regular audits of HR systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to leave management, training administration, and HRIS.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HR operations and improve user experience.
